rooftop swimming pool, centrally located marketplace, gym facilities
The room’s lighting could be brighter, especially in the bathroom!!! A good scrub and some TLC for the floor would improve the overall cleanliness!!! The thermostat control in the room needs better calibration!!!

Had an amazing time with friends during our stay! We visited Hoan Kiem Lake and explored the vibrant Old Quarter. The location is ideal for walking to local sites, and the rooftop bar has wonderful views to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Staff were incredibly helpful, making our trip smooth and enjoyable.
One downside was the breakfast area on the 13th floor, which has a raised step and caused a few guests to trip. Just be cautious when walking around there.

A memorable stay with exceptional service. Enjoyed the stunning rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was varied, featuring delicious artisan bread and attended by attentive staff. However, some street noise was present during the weekend, and the room view was partially obstructed by nearby buildings. Nonetheless, the convenient location made exploring a breeze.

Perfect central location! The cot was ready for my toddler, and the room was so quiet, we actually got some sleep. Clean and comfy—what more could a family want?
The breakfast could use a pep talk—it was colder than my ex's heart. Also, the street noise at night felt like an accidental concert!
